Description:
A Double, or Imperial, IPA brewed with 2-row, Euro-Pils and Caramel 60 malts. Equal amounts of Simcoe, Amarillo and Cascade hops were added at the beginning, middle and end of the boil. For dry-hopping, Simcoe and Amarillo pellets were used in addition to Cascade whole hops. Affectionately named Zombie Booty in the true spirit of the pirate zombies who brewed it, this beer will eat your brain with 8.4% alcohol and 55 IBUs.
