Description:
Our first shot at a Low Gluten Beer made with Pilsner malt, Gluten Free Oats and a heaping helping of hops. To make it low gluten we used a special enzyme to reduce the gluten levels to lower than 10ppm which is the lowest level of gluten laboratory tests can detect.
