The second annual lager in our line of slightly more serious, limited run beers, this one is brewed in late Spring -- in preparation for hot summer months. Imported Belgian Pilsen barley lends a consistent malt component which is balanced by fine German hops. Careful fermentation with a traditional lager yeast finishes this beer for a clean and refreshing break from the day...Edge City Series. Slightly more serious, always worth savoring.
