(pronounced Ullstuh-vasser) Alsterwasser is a form of the German mixture of lemonade or lemon-lime soda and beer called Radler. We make ours with our Hefeweizen and lemonade which makes this drink a German version of a Shandy. This is a perfect session beverage on a hot summer day. A must try!
