Cask; Regular.
A classic Wessex style premium ale. Copper-red ale with a smooth and velvet sweet body and a refreshing balanced bitterness. Complex and rewarding malt tastes, with hints of roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel. This beer was developed whilst studying the recipes from the long since defunct Bournemouth, Shaftesbury & Milton Abbas breweries and adding a little Sunny Republic sparkle along the way.
Malt: Maris Otter Pale, Dark Crystal Malt, Crystal Wheat & Chocolate
Hops: Styrian Goldings & Brambling Cross
