This is a big beer with a slightly smoky flavor (resulting from the use of “peated malt”). Target bittering hops are used to balance the residual sugars and Willamette hops are our finishing or “aroma” hops. This fine winter brew comes in at slightly over 7% alcohol so treat it with respect, and enjoy!
