Description:
Saison Rahsaan is a very small batch dark saison made in conjunction with Yetta Vorobik of the Hop and Vine. The beer is nearly black but drinks quite light with restrained malt character and very light hopping. It’s a simple beer with nuance from its Belgian yeast and slight roasted wheat edge. A special version will be released later that is aging in a local distillers rum barrel with two quarts of black truffles preserved in Fernet Branca.
