We always liked the notion of a beer, ahem, transforming into a cider. After procuring some juice from our good
friends and neighbors over at Colorado Cider Company—we went to work. The result is a delicious “rustic apple ale”
possessing characteristics of both a cider and a beer. Here’s to great neighbors and Saturday morning cartoons!
