Schlafly Junga Pale Ale is a hop trial beer that is brewed with 100% Polish Junga hops and 100% American 2-row malted barley. This trial beer is a single malt and single hop beer. The Polish hop, Junga, is a hop varietal cross between Northern Brewer and Marynka. This dual purpose hops is 12% Alpha Acid and aroma consists of earthy, spicy, and fruity notes.
