It’s beer, but not as you know it…
Brewed from premium German Pilsner and Wheat malts, we have used the traditional Berliner Weisse sour mash technique to create a complex acidity before running the entire wort through a bed of hibiscus flowers in the hopback and followed up with fresh cranberries in the fermenter to produce a tart and refreshing wheat beer that will truly challenge the senses.
It’s perfect for a hot spring or summer day and we’d love for you to come and try it at the brewery.
