... Massive amounts of hops are added late in the boil and in the fermenter (dry hop) to create a wonderfully aromatic and powerful ale. Dark malts give out IPA several more layers of flavour such as chocolate, coffee, anise and roasted malts that we hope youíll enjoy exploring. American IPAs donít travel as well as their traditional relatives so please consume as fresh as possible.
