Ale made with top fermenting yeasts belonging to the style called Kolsch, typical of the homonymous city (Cologne). It features a compact and persistent foam, the yellow color and the "veiled" denote a mixture of malt and barley than wheat, as the specification German forces, which give the palate a gentle touch of malty but never intrusive; the hopping is not excessive and esters of yeast left to work at the right temperature for fermentation and maturation on-time (never less than a month!), give a ’balanced taste, making it ideal for any time of day.
