Challenger, Fuggles, and Willamette hops take a back-seat to the maltiness of this beer. Notes of roast and chocolate blend deliciously with the fruity esters of the Belgian yeast. Brewed by Dave Parker. OG 1.060. ~28 IBU. ABV 6.1%
