This beer is specially formulated to have the characteristics of a pale ale - a light malt backbone and citrusy hop finish - blended with the characteristics of a white (or wit) beer - both wheat and oats lend to its pale color and frothy head as well as its refreshing flavor characteristics. Since White Tigers are native to India, we added spices to match: white pepper and white cardamom. It lends the beer a crisp earthiness and a complex floral flavor that is both intoxicating and thirst quenching.
