Description:
A modest, highly fermentable, straw colored wort was lovingly squirted into the bungholes of rinsed bourbon barrels and clean stainless steel barrels. A blend of three strains of wild brettanomyces was then added, and fermentation took off in these containers. The 100% brett fermentation left a dry, flavorful brew full of fruity esters and all the characteristic funk of a brett beer. Look for leathery notes, farmyard aromas, horsey hints, and plenty of watersports. Drink up!
