Huit-Huit or Wit-Wit, depending on how you pronounce it, is a collaborative double-wit beer brewed along with Mark Magiera from Bobcat Café in Vermont, where 8 has been an obsession, from recipe to brewing. First brewed in beautiful Vermont last summer, we’ve tried to replicate it here at our Montreal brewpub. Most ingredients remain the same, even the cute little wheat berries from Gleason!
