Cocoa-Bretta is an organic collaboration cheer that combines Bisonís award winning Chocolate Stout and Logsdon Farmhouse Alesí Bretta. This stout beer was brewed with cocoa, multiple yeasts, finished with strains of Brettanoymces, and then keg conditioned with pear juice.
