Description:
Last year Wai-iti, a new low alpha variety, (2.6% ’11/4.5% ’12) only came to the UK in pellet form. I liked it so ordered some leaf in this year to do a single hop brew. After brewday I discovered I had the opposite problem this time and only had a measly 2kg of leftover pellet so chucked that in fv and, after trading London Fields for the last existing 5kg, I dry hopped half the run of casks with leaf.
