We aged our Inception Belgian Style Ale for two months in a single barrel. We decided to do a 50/50 blend of fresh Inception to Inception aged in the barrel to give it a balanced flavor. The result is a beer that has all of the characteristics of Inception with nice vanilla tones and very prominent bourbon characteristics. Look for this beer at a very well respected beer and spirits store on Divisadero Ave. in San Francisco. Only 36 cases were produced so it’s extremely limited!
