Lighter on hops and heavier on toasted malts, our take on this wintertime classic ale features a perfect mix of roasted malts to keep things dark and toasty, AND THEN, when the ale is fermenting, we add a touch of vanilla for just the tiniest bite of sweetness. The end result lives on the opposite end of the spectrum from English bitters and IPAs. More importantly, it’s like badass bagpipe version of Winter Wonderland.
