We at Palo Alto Brewing Company love all styles of beer from all around the world. After brewing our Citra-hopped American Rye IPA, it became clear to our brewmaster that Citra’s flavor profile would blend perfectly with Belgian yeasts and brewing techniques. We modified our American IPA recipe and teamed up with one of Belgium’s top breweries to create something wonderful. Brewed at De Proef Brouwerij in Belgium, made using Westmalle Trappist yeast, Nice Lacing is an exceptionally smooth Belgian IPA with a dry finish. Cheers!
