Pumpkin orange in color. This Saison is made with a blend of American and European malts. It is spiced with Star Anise, black pepper, and licorice root. This beer Is fermented in our open fermenter which reveals all of the spicy charecters of the Saison yeast. Earthy spice flavors make this beer a good pairing for bison, cheese boards and steak capriccio.
