Dunkertons cider use wine yeasts to give consistency and and a more sophistcated taste to their cider than most farmhouse ciders. The dry is fermented right out, bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised, and made from organically grown apples. A blend of cider apples is used, including Sheeps Nose, Brown Snout, and Foxwhelp.
