Description:
Collaboration between Trinity and New Belgium Brewing. This Berliner Weisse is raw and crude with authenticity. Brewed with over 50% wheat malts, this recipe is never boiled to encourage a soft sourness and notable high protein mouth feel. To the kettle we added Soursop fruit creating notes of lemon and coconut. Fermentation is a blended one, imploring Lactobacillus, Bretta, and a German Ale yeast. Aged on French Oak Barrels.
