The name is an homage to that impossibly loud woman who always seems to be in the row behind you when you’re stuck on a five-hour transcontinental flight. Maybe she’s nervous about flying or maybe she’s had too much to drink. Either way, it’s hard not to be bitter when she’s blathering in your ear incessantly. This beer is brewed with 52 pounds of hops (Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe) in each 10-barrel batch. Reportedly, it clocks in at 200 IBUs. In other words, it’s a beer as big as her mouth and just as bitter as you are.
