Description:
"Das Bier" pours a pale straw-color in the glass with a nice, thick rocky head that leads to ample lacing. It has a very delicate body with light flavors of fruit, biscuit and a gentle mineral-like finish. Hopping is kept very low for maximum drinkability on hot summer days. 2 row Pale and White Wheat malts, German Hallertau-Hersbrucker hops.
