Description:
Dark opaque body with garnet highlights. Pours creamy with a light tan head. Draught is served on nitrogen. Bottle carbonation is moderately low.
Creamy mouthfeel from the nitrogen. Reminiscent of lightly roasted coffee finishes with a definitive gourmet chocolate flavor.
Bittersweet chocolate and pure chocolate liquor from Peter’s Chocolate Company are melted directly into the beer. Lactose sugar is added after the boil to impart the signature creaminess of a sweet stout. The gases used in packaging create subtle differences in flavor and mouthfeel.
