Fruity, mildly sour and complex, this is the first in a series of farmhousestyle barrel-fermented “wild” ales, this version finished with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis in an apple brandy barrel. Acidic pie cherry notes meld with earth & wood, along with traces of apple & spirits.
