Our brewers have worked hard to create this special strong Pilsner, a modern take on the traditional Bohemian Pils style. You might almost call it an Imperial Golden Pils - its heavily loaded with a mix of gorgeous malts, New Zealand Hops, and some of the best water in the country.
Just to up the ante, we've judiciously dry hopped this release. As the extra cone hops - NZ Sauvin in this case - are added off the boil, the aroma of the beer more closely resembles that of the raw hops themselves.
These late hops impart those citrus, fruity and grassy flavour notes that we all love to savour, and the kettle additions provide a refreshing bitterness that is balanced by a robust Pilsner malt base.
