American Double IPA brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Summit and Calypso hops. Buddha’s hand and grapefruit peel are added at the end of the boil to reinforce the citrus qualities of the American hops. Buddha’s hand is a variety of citron with long fingers and no fruit inside. Intense zest and flavorful but not bitter pith contribute to the juicy hop profile of this unique brew.
