This was our first commercial beer. Brewed on xxxx. It was our homage to the country which made us fall in love with beer. We’ve been fortunate to enjoy many Saisons during our frequent visits to Belgium. We decided we wanted to make a fairly traditional style with simple malt base, but we used some new world hops to give it a contemporary twist.
We were very honoured when Crafty Pint included it in the top 10 Victorian beers for 2014
