Description:
Flora is the wine barrel aged version of Florence (1915-1967), our grandfather’s sister as well as the name of our wheat farmhouse ale. Only a few barrels were selected, and that beer was aged further on fresh, hand-raked organic blueberries from this year’s crop. The resulting Biere de Table is subtle, elegant and slightly tart-an ale we would proudly have shared with Florence to celebrate the harvest.
