Steeped in the tradition of four generations of apple growers, Michel jodoin, in 1998m gave in to the temptation of making light cider using traditional methods. Since then, the entire production from his 4500 apple trees has been given over to make ciders of the highest quality. And now, the result of his labor can be yours!
