INGREDIENTS: Maris Otter pale malt/crystal malt/chocolate malt/ Challenger, Fuggle and Target hops. LJB stands for Little John Bristow - brewer Mark Bristow’s young son (the beer celebrated his birth in 2002).
TASTING NOTES: Dark amber ale with a hoppy nose. The taste is hoppy and quenching, with a light, malty sweetness. Dry, hoppy finish.
