There’s a lot of care in this. Dan used 400 lbs. of Maroinberries for this delicious fruit beer. The Marionberry is a blackberry variety that is widely grown in Marion County, Oregon. Distinct reddish purple color and pleasant blackberry flavor. Not too sweet, not too sour, and still very much a beer.
