Christmas (Denmark): Here at Brooklyn Brewery we love to cook, so our Brooklyn Christmas Ale is inspired by traditional Danish winter food. We started with heirloom Maris Otter malt from Scotland, which gives soft bready flavors. Then we added a blend of spices that would have been common in Danish Christmas beers centuries ago. Brooklyn Christmas Ale is richly malty, aromatic, slighlty sweet and perfect with your Christmas goose. Skål!

Winter (US): Our Brooklyn Winter reaches back to the old British wassail tradition of adding spices to a robust winter beer. Brooklyn Winter Ale is richly malty, aromatic, slightly sweet and perfect with stews.
