At Hanöversch we respect this, hence all vitamins remain in this special pilsener brew. The expiration date of three weeks gives consideration to the freshness of this produce. Hanöversch is designated for short-term consumption and needs to be stored at 4-6 °C.
We exclusively use controlled, ecological raw materials and are a contractual partner of the Bioland organisation. Not only these specially selected raw materials, but also the highly skilled brewery craftsmannship according to the German purity law, destinguish our beer and create its valued, wholehearted flavour.
Hanöversch is an "untergärig", unfiltered pilsener brew with 11,5% original wort and about 4,8% Vol. alc.. It is brewed exclusively at the Brauhaus in Hannover.
