Based loosely on the traditional Belgian Wit beer style, our filtered wheat beer is made from malted and unmalted grains, spiced with coriander and orange peel and a touch of native Australian Yellow Box honey. Murray’s Sunland Wheat pours with a pale golden colour and a compact white head. The citrusy aroma is backed up in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness and a clean, smooth and refreshing finish. This filtered beer offers a crisp, clean alternative to unfiltered and heavier bodied wit’s and hefeweizens.
