For Slane’s Ale™, we blend 5 grains and 2 hop varieties to produce a luscious ale whose smooth flavor is complimented by both C02 and Nitrogen/Creamer dispensing. Its beautiful deep ruby color is accented by the tight, creamy head produced by either of these methods. Since Diamond Knot uses no filters or pasteurization to clear our products, you are guaranteed every sip of full ale flavor!
