Description:
When the weather is cold enough we brew bottom fermented beers at Ølfabrikken. This German inspired lager is dark, malty and sweet as a real doppelbock but nontraditional hopped with floral and citrussy US Glacier hops for more freshness and springtime crispness. Ølfabrikken Fabrikator is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers.
Introduced on 'Københavnske Øldage 2006'.
