Ambrée Des Moines is a very typical Belgian Ale based on the Wallonian Saison tradition. The beer is brewed on a blend of pilsener malts and amber malts. Saazer hops are added and Spalter to balance the sweetness. The beer is spiced with a mixture of spices like dried orange peel, coriander, ginger and licorice. After the primary fermentation the beer is bottled with a new portion of fresh wort and yeast for bottle fermentation. Brewer: Du Bocq
