Most beers are brewed using 4, 5, or even 6 different types of malted grains, and a couple of different hop varieties, but not this one. I stripped down the recipe to itís simplest form: One Malt, One Hop, One Yeast, and of course water (nothing new here for these last two, really). The resulting SINGLE MALT BEER puts itís distinct Munich Malt character in the front, with a complimenting American Simcoe hop flavor to support it, in what is probably the closest thing to a "lawnmower beer" that Iíve ever brewed...except this one has lots of flavor.
