[Danish]: En kraftig og kompleks øl, der for alvor får sat gang i smagsløgene. Den tager udgangspunkt i den klassiske Brøckhouse IPA og har hentet inspiration fra den californiske triple IPA.
Brøckhouse Epic IPA er brygget med store mængder pale ale -, karamel- og münchnermalt for at give øllet en god maltbasis, og humlet med fire forskellige amerikanske humletyper Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe og Cascade. Tørhumling af den færdiggærede øl forstærker det friske humleindtryk.
Øllen har en meget kraftig bitterhed og en intens aroma af grapefrugt og blomster.
Bør serveres ved 10 – 12 grader.
[English]: A powerful and complex ale that really gets the taste buds going. Its point of venture is the classical Brøckhouse IPA and it has been inspired by the Californian triple IPA. Brøckhouse Epic IPA is brewed using large quantities of pale ale -, caramel- and Munich malt, giving the ale a solid malt base. It has been hopped using four American hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe og Cascade. Dryhopping of the finished ale enhances the hop expression. The ale has powerful bitteness and an intense aroma of grapefruit and flowers. Best served at 10 – 12 degrees celsius.
