A wonderfully hoppy and flavorful double red ale designed to help our brewer’s wife enjoy her birthday and the holiday season. Crystal malt gives it a deep copper hue and caramel sweetness, while dry-hopping in both the fermenter and serving tank gives a big floral hop contribution. It has a long bitter finish with some alcohol warmth.
