Description:
Editor’s note: Brewed by Djævlebryg at Brøckhouse, Hillerød, Denmark.
Brewers note: This beer is NOT brewed as an American Pale Ale. It is not brewed to suit a certain style which is why we call it a "hoppy ale".
English: Both the British and Americans are good at using hops - in slightly different ways. We have combined the best from both traditions and created Schopenhauers Vilje ("Schopenhauer’s Will"), a beautiful amber coloured ale with a floral character, caramel notes and - like the philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer - a good portion of bitterness. This brew can be enjoyed on a hot summer’s day, a cool evening or accompanied by e.g. poultry dishes.
Brewer: Bryggeriet Djævlebryg
Style: American Pale Ale
Alcohol Content: 6.5%
Seasonal: No
