This is a tasty brew. It’s a bock with a nice flavor and notes of malt and caramel. The foundations for this Easter Brew was laid mid January, where the malts were mixed. The pronounced caramel flavor comes from the brewing on open fire, something only few brewers are able to do. It has been stored for 2 months.
