Lousiane witbier is brewed in the classic Belgian style. Coriander orange, and a special yeast culture are used to create a complete amd complex yet light beer. Local and imported wheat grains are blended with a special light coloured pale malt to give this refreshing finish. This slightly cloudy beer is delicious with seafood like oyster or crustaceaus, while it’s lower alcohol content makes it perfect for drinking in the hot wheather.
