Absolutely delicious, described as fruity and rounded; very easy drinking. A delight to drink on its own or with food and friends. Excellent with a range of food especially cheeses like our local varieties Stinking Bishop, and Hill’s Camembert as well as Smart’s Double Gloucester as well as pork, chicken or vegetarian dishes.
