(ITA) Chiara, 100% malto d'orzo, dal colore dorato e bella schiuma candita. Un perfetto equilibrio fra note floreali e fragranti di luppolo, di malto e miele. E' la più desiderata, di facile approccio e grande soddisfazione, gusto ben bilanciato e pulito, invoglia subito il secondo sorso. /// - Schiuma bianca fine, compatta, abbastanza persistente.
- Oro brillante.
- Gradevole la sua finezza olfattiva, che rivela sentori di erbaceo secco, fieno, e note di frutta gialla, note di malto delicatamente biscottato.
- La frizzantezza è leggermente sopra la media. Si equilibra correttamente con il corpo leggero.
- In bocca il tipico sentore di orzo, un carezzevole miele balsamico che contribuisce a donarle una notevole freschezza, un amaro decisamente moderato.
- Una birra lager pulita, dall'equilibrio gustativo tendente al dolce del malto d'orzo. Plato 12.5° \\\\\\ (ENG) Pale, 100% barley malt, golden in colour and with a fine white head. A perfect balance between floral notes and the fragrances of hops, malt and honey. - Bright gold color.
- Elegant and pleasing aroma, it reveals hints of dry herbs and yellow fruit, topped by malty and gentle biscuit notes.
- The carbonation is slightly above average and it is balanced properly with the lightweight body.
- In the mouth the hint of barley, a balsamic honey which helps to give it a remarkable freshness, a moderate bitterness.
- Not very rich aftertaste, as rightly expected by most of the bottom-fermented beers. A clean, sweetish to malty lager beer.
