Our own version of a traditional Belgian Dubbel, brewed as close to the traditional style as we are legally allowed by Iowa Administrative Code, Section 123.3 (Contact the folks in the State House and tell 'em to Lift The Limit!). Dubbel Play is a dark, reddish-brown ale, served in a snifter to allow its thick, creamy head to accentuate the wonderful spicey aromas to come through.
